Video Storage and Processing

If you use our video analysis tools (such as Yamazumi), your videos are stored in Google Cloud Storage (GCS) with the following security measures:

• Encryption at rest: AES-256 encryption with a unique data encryption key (DEK) for each video file
• Encryption in transit: All uploads and downloads use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Access control: Time-limited signed URLs ensure only authorized users can access videos
• Isolation: Your organization's data is isolated from other customers through row-level security policies

AI Video Analysis

At your discretion, you may choose to analyze videos using our AI-powered features. When you initiate AI analysis:

• Videos are processed by Google Vertex AI (Gemini) within Google's secure infrastructure
• Zero data retention: Google does not retain your video data or AI prompts after processing. Videos are processed in volatile memory with no disk writes.
• Prompt logging is disabled—Google does not store or use your data to train AI models
• Only the analysis results (timestamps, labels, categories) are stored in our database—not the raw AI outputs

You control when and whether to use AI analysis features. Videos can be stored and viewed without ever being processed by AI.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: With vendors who assist in providing our services (hosting, payment processing, analytics)
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
