AI-Generated Content

Payment Terms

For paid services:

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Free Services

We offer certain services for free, including our OpEx Dictionary. Free services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free services at any time without notice.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAIZUMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kaizumi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
